175.1 | It works using /sbin/console_startup clean | ANNECY::CHALAND | Michel CHALAND @AEO | Thu Jan 27 1994 10:50 | 10 |

I found ...
As long as I used the STARTUP/SHUTDOWN command from the C3 commands
popup menu, the deleted system was still displayed on the C3 map.
By starting CM using "/sbin/console_startup clean", the deleted system
has now been removed from the C3 map.

| Hi,
I think you have found a bug, as it seems that the Shutdown in the C3 is nopt
actually shuting CM down.
We will look in to this one.
Cheers Simon....

175.3 | I've noticed it too. | ZENDIA::DBIGELOW | Innovate, Integrate, Evaporate | Thu Jan 27 1994 14:20 | 8 |
| I've also noted that console manager does not always shut dowm
properly, especially ENS. It seems to always work the first time,
but after that the results are often unpredictable. The only option
left is to kill the processes manually.
Cheers,
Dve
