156.0. "Any example of using pseudo-terminal ?" by ANNECY::CHALAND (Michel CHALAND @AEO) Tue Jan 11 1994 11:22
Hi,
I have installed the T1.1 version for OSF/1 and I need to build a
demo for a customer, which includes an example of how to use the
pseudo-terminal Transport type.
Although it is not supported in V1.0, and should be in V1.0, is this
feature included in the T1.1 field test version ?
Refering to 151.5 I understand that the doc is not completed for this
field test version. However does somebody have an example about how
to use this pseudo terminal especially describing what is the 'command'
requested in the "ADD USER" Menu ?
Thanks for your help,
_Michel_

The command in the Add System the program you wish to run with it's input/utput
redirected to the Psuedo-terminal.
Designed more to be used with software console programs e.g. the LPS20 control
program.
