Hi, "Lost Console link for system madrid host - Console closed" (RED message) ".......... - Console reopened " (GREEN message) ... What are the reason why I can get several times both messages for system madrid ? What do I have to check ? 'madrid' is a chipcom (there are other defined chipcoms which don't generate these kind of problems). Thanks, Marc.

Marc, The connection is getting dropped, hence the reason for turning red. CM , seeing that the line was dropped, attempts to reestablish the connection, which in this case it does successfully, hence the color green. However, I don't know why the connection is getting dropped. Cheers, Dave | |||||

Yes ok but how does CM detect a line is dropped or not ? Based on this, it will be easier for me to investigate what can be the problem. (I'm not a terminal server nor chipcom specialist :-( Thanks, Marc. |
