1.  Control C issued from the command line:
        Full or Brief listing? [f=full, b=brief] (b):
    results in a core dump.

2.  This should work so that a command can be given from the command line.
    For example, the following should work:

    # cm - E show user dave

    The code is in the editor to do this. However, the parent is not passing
    the command string to the editor process.
    
    The following command will show this:

    /usr/bin/cmeditcc show user daveb
