- When adding an entry, you must go back to the main menu and restart the process for each record entry. Can't we behave like most other applications and keep the same window on the screen? - Doesn't complain if the 'device' field is empty when adding a LAT system. - Device field should be dimmed out when adding a DECserver or Telnet system. - The wording 'remote server' should just be 'server'. Is there such a thing as a local server? - Scan profile in System window has bottom half of the widget is cut off. - The word 'Generic' appears at the bottom of a system record. Needs a label such as 'system type' - Crashed when adding a scan. - When shrinking the editor window to an icon, it uses the incorrect foreground color (white). It should be the default setting.

20.1 | No client data | VINO::DBIGELOW | Innovate, Integrate, Evaporate | Tue Sep 29 1992 22:43 | 8 |
I have created a new database by adding a single user record. Now, when I bring up the editor, I get the following message "No Client data present in database". This is incorrect, because I have added 1 record. Also, the word 'Client' should not be capatilazied. Dave
20.2 | client == system, client != user | OPG::PHILIP | And through the square window... | Wed Sep 30 1992 09:58 | 11 |
Dave, I have fixed the capitalization! in actual fact the message means that you have no system records, not user records! Have you added any system definitions? I have changed the word client to system for the next kit. Cheers, Phil
20.3 | !ambigious now | VINO::DBIGELOW | Innovate, Integrate, Evaporate | Wed Sep 30 1992 17:06 | 6 |
Phil, That's what I figured. Changing the wording to 'system' should clear the ambiguity. Dave |
