I sent out a perfectly fine support pool srequest using the following command: 	

	srequest -form /tmp/6174 -noedit -nofill

I double-checked the form and it looks fine to me.  Attached below is what 
everyone seems to have received in their mail.  The form is in 
equinox:/tmp/6174.  What do I need to do to make this work???
