I'm having trouble checking out any source files from the v40
support pools.  It does not appear that my Kerberos name "Mark_Simons"
is being recognized.  I am getting an error message:
access denied by ACL
when I try to bco file.

Can you tell me who I should contact regarding this problem?

You didn't say which pools, OS? X11? Generally when someone new is added their 
supervisor/ project leader sends a request asking that they be added and to 
which RCS pools. I don't recall seeing any mail like that.

I added you to the OS, X11 and DX RCS pools. Submit access is controlled by 
the support group.
