Her srequest has been approved but the bsubmit fails (when run after a seema kinit): bsubmit -defect ptcos-36-seema -all >> FATAL ERROR in /usr/sde/ode3.0/tools/alpha_ace/bin/ode/bsubmit: >> You are prevented from submitting to: /usr/sde/osf1/build/ptcos. >> No entry in submit or sadmin access lists.
