The "-c" flag is supposed to upgrade files based on time of last file status change. Unfortunately, this has not worked. Has anybody tried using this flag? I guess if files in the master repository pool have their permissions changed, I have to delete the local pool then resup. This is not good! If that doesn't work, I'd file it with DECWest.
