Hello folks, Is it possible to "sup" the ptaos.bl4_kits pool and get the information needed to create a RIS installable V4.0A SSB release? Could I do something similar for PTB? We have a need in the ZK2 community to have one SSB RIS kit and one bleeding edge RIS kit (when available). I would like to have V4.0A and PTB if possible. Thanks, -Peter

If you sup the kits collection from a given pool it contains a netkit, which can be converted into a ris area. Here's the Sup info for pta. ptaos.bl4_kits host=inr.zk3.dec.com base=/usr/sde/osf1/build/ptaos.bl4 delete There's a similar collection for all baselevels of all streams. You can find the sup info in /usr/sde/osf1/config/coll.list When you get the collection supped over, in kits/OS1 you'll find a README that explains how to create the RIS area. Peter, You can get the V4.0A kit from oskits.zk3.dec.com through anonymouse ftp or oskits:: in the /kits/DECOSF1-V4.0A_OS/Vol1/Rev464 directory and follow the README instructions in that directory. Also the /kits/DECOSF1-X4.0B-1_OS/Vol1/Rev517 contains the X4.0B baselevel 1 kit and you can following the same REAME instructions just by substituting the V4.0A path with the X4.0B path thougout the file.
