Could you be a little more specific as to what pool/build we're talking about
here?

There's a problem in sandboxes in that the compiler will locate a .h
file in the same directory containing the .c file before it looks
for the .h file in other trees. You may have to check one or all of the
files out (you can check them out unlocked) into your sandbox before
your sandbox build will match the nightly build.
Problems involving building should go to the "buildhelp" alias.

OK sorry, I missed that. How are you determining the failure? I've looked in
v40supportos.nightly and v40asupportos.nightly and your submit is there. The
obj gets nuked each time and rebuilt, so there's no way that it would
selectively rebuild objects, or perhaps I still don't understand your question.
