I would claim the following is a bug, but I thought I would run it
by the folks on the list first...
I do workons without specifying a set name, this allows me to work
with multiple sets without switching shells. This works fine with
all of the b-commands except bsubmit. bsubmit expects to find a set
entry in the rc_files/sets file. Since I've never done a workon with
the setname, an entry never gets added to this file. As a result bsbumit
fails with the error:
the set, David_Lindner_ximp, is not part of the sandbox, decxmerge.
This seems somewhat inconsistent.
Adding the entry solves the problem.

about what exact commands you're using in what context, and report a
bug report either using send-pr or on the web at
