I just tried an srequest to tcr2os.nightly bl6. It took forever (looks like
a loaded network), but eventually did ask to "Send this form?"
Here's what I got next:
ERROR: -- Posting for All smtp Recipients --
post: problem initializing server; [BHST] no smtp servers available
send: message not delivered to anyone
