Date Of Receipt: 12-AUG-1996 11:29:36.96 From: FLUME::hsu "Elaine Hsu USG 12-Aug-1996 1128" To: goodwin@DEC:.zko.flume CC: odehelp@DEC:.zko.flume Subj: Re: Is something wrong with the v32de1 pool? Hi Dick, Your problems with v32de1supportos and v32gsupportos may be caused by the fact that the backing trees are not properly mounted so the ode commands can not follow the link to access needed files. Sometimes, this is caused by stale NFS file handles. You may want to do an "odemount -u" to unmount the backingtrees and then "odemount" again and see if the problems go away. - Elaine |
