I removed your name and re-added it to the ptbos acl list. Can you check to see if your $PRINCIPAL variable is the same as your Kerberos ticket (Surya_Prasad)? Can you also confirm that what your sandbox is backed to is ptbos.nightly or ptbos? Please use the "currentsb -all" command to check this.
