what are the procedures to go through to either get an account that
has bcscope access or to install bcscope on a machine down here at
pk01 ?

bcscope is a front-end to cscope and it lives in the usr/sde/tools path. If 
you sup ode tools from zk3, then you have it. What you do need are the 
databases. There's one for each of the X pools and 3 for each OS pool and they 
are quite LARGE. 188M for ptos.bl12.

Because of the size these aren't normally added to the sup collection. If you 
need a particular pool, we can add it. Of you can request an account from 
[email protected] and just login here and access any of them.
