Ode admin or Tina, do you know what this means?  Paula Long got this in
the middle of a large (~ 4300 file) submit.  The server did not die
on the rcs or submit server.  This is part of a bsubmit -resub (restarted
after a the first attempt from a home connection lost the line.)

by the way, she did the bci of these 4300 files witout error - it took 18 hours!
