Hi,

I'm running into the following "Cannot open file -O2 for reading" problem when
trying to build libtask.so in a pta sandbox on quarry.  Any idea why ?  ld
normally accepts -O2 -O2 without any problems.

I was able to build libtask.so in a v40supportos sandbox without any problems.
I don't think the makefile has changed.
