i am trying to do a submit to steel, srequest steelos-456-maggie, but am getting
error:

This qar is closed. As stated in my srequest:
o Description of Change:
This new structure is useful to keep some statistics that
could be helpful in future analysis of system problem. It
is not a direct fix for qar #42946 (this has been fixed
separately), but this qar highlighted need for collecting
this information.
am i not allowed to do this?
