Subj: 	Power Outage Impact on Build Environment this Weekend
OSF Developers, please take note: 	

 This weekend, May 18th & 19th, there will be a ZKO site wide power
 outage.  This will impact the build environment in a number of
 areas. It is important to keep the following things in mind.

 1. ALL ODE activity will be locked friday (5/17) at 4pm.
    No submits, check in's or check out's can occur after
    4pm.  Keep in mind that your work needs to be completed
    in time for the 4pm lockdown.

 2. All the servers in the build environment will be brought
    down following the completion of backups, beginning at 10pm
    friday evening.

 3. There will be no builds done on Friday (5/17) or Saturday
    (5/18).

 4. Our goal is to have the build environment back up and running
    in time to resume the build schedule Sunday night. Normal user
    ODE activity can resume once this is completed.  (a status memo
    will be sent out to the user community, once the environment is
    back up and available)  People will need to exit and re-start
    any workon sessions once the environment is back up.

 5. Should site wide power restoration take longer than expected,
    the builds may start later than normal so the *.nightly backingtree
    updates may complete later than usual on Monday morning.

  Subject: Annual Electrical Maintenance date change
   
  Due to project schedules within the ZKO environment the electrical
  shutdown previously scheduled for April 27th and 28th has been change.
  The new date is May 18th and 19th, please note this change.
  The entire site will be shutdown on the 18th in order to perform high
  voltage testing; for approximately twelve hours from 6 AM to 6 PM.
  The 19th is scheduled to provide adaquate time for repairs/replacement
  should we find any major problems.
  
  Several contractors have to be coordinated for this shut down.  Your
  consideration with holding to this date will be appreciated.  If this
  date conflicts with any project completion dates within the ZKO
  environment please let us know as soon as possible.
