Subj: INR is back -- problem possibly found
Hi Folks,
INR would have 7 of it's advfs domains drop offline.
I found a loose cable on one of the scsi adapters
on the affected disks. I've reseated the cable and
moved the system to help prevent the cable from being
bumped into by accident. When we can plan some
downtime for that system it will be moved so that
we won't have this problem again.
