I'm trying to create a shared sandbox and have managed to get it to the
point where I can check files out and in, but can't bsubmit.  When I
try to do a bsubmit I get the following.  What am I missing here (so far I've 
found the instructions on shared sandbox creation very confusing and
much more complicated than under ODE 2.0).
