When I want to rebuild message catalogue files for a program
(e.g. /usr/sbin/quota/quota.msg), I notice that the obj path has the pointers back to the link/src
version of that file.
I believe I found that if I don't remake that link it doesn't
rebuild that file.
Possibly that link isn't necessary, and would default back to the
src directory, not sure.
I know this takes time to test, but of course at this moment I'm not
able to slow down to redo and retry. But I thought I should let you
know in case you have the time to make it work correctly.
