I believe that nsa was rebooted over lunch time either Wednesday or
Thursday.  This is where BL10 is.  When this happens, the kerberos
authentication is lost.  The upshot is, you need to exit; kinit; and re-enter
the workon.

Reops, we probably need to add to the messages we send out about file
servers going down, that users would need to re-authenticate themselves
for any workons they have to backingtree[s] on said server.

Here's a slight addendum to John's mail - if your current ticket is
valid, you don't need to kinit, just exit & re-workon.
