Yes.  It's a one line file that contains switches that are used
in every compile.  This is, in fact, how we get the acc compiler
to run for the acc-based shadows.

There is one in:

/usr/sde/osf1/build/accx11.shadow/tools/alpha_osf1/cc/usr/ccs/lib/cmplrs/cc

which is the cc tools area used by the shadow.  It was modified on
December 26th 17:45 and contains only -oldc.  It should read:

	-oldc -Wf,-relaxed

in order to dispose of those nasty errors.  I copied the ode folks on this.
Maybe somebody whacked this file inadvertently.  If it gets set back to
what I have above, everything should be ok.

Nothing in the X pool itself knows what tree it is building in so
I hope it is.

Got it. I don't own that file. I would imagine that johf does
and will have to change it.
