X11 RCS Pool - Locked on Buffer - Friday, 12/22 - 6: 30AM-8:30AM

On Friday 12/22 from 6:30AM-8:30AM, the X11 RCS pool on Buffer
will be locked while we increase the disk space in this area to
accomodate future growth.
During this time the X11 RCS pool, which supports all of the X, X11,
DX pools, will be locked for all activity including read-only activity.
Affected commands include:
- ODE "b" commands (bco, bci, bcs, blog, bdiff, bstat, bsubmit)
Please note that during this time the CDE and OS pools will still be
available.
This does not affect the backing trees, which will still be available for read
only activities, including sandbox builds.
We appreciate your consideration for this important activity.
