Hi.

I did a submit which included defuncting a header file.  I now need to
"undefunct" this file.  How do I do that?

Try this:

   from a sandbox back to the submit tree where the file'revision
   is defunct :

   /usr/sde/tools/alpha_UNIX/bin/ode/undefunct <file>
   bco <file> 
   aply your changes ...
   bci ...
   bsubmit ...

Tim's all set.  undefunct is disabled for users [even I couldn't run it.]
