Bob, I've checked and ODE is doing the correct thing; i.e. you're not
in the ACL list for the 'os' pools.
I'm forwarding your request to the project leaders of the support
pools since they manage the ACLs for these environments and they
will need to approve this request.
(Charlie/Jyoti, Bob needs rcs/os access.)

Josh, 2 days ago, I bco'd /src/usr/sbin/tftpd/tftpd.c from
v32csupportos.nightly pools.
Today, I want to bci the changed file in but get "access denied by ACL"
no matter what I do.
I re-kinit, tried bcs -o, etc but nothing is working.
Can someone help?
