Steve, I assumed you've exited and re-started a new workon with a ticket
and you still get the problem? Try this and if you still have problems
add "-odedebug csv" to the bco command.
Does your sandbox know about QA's new server? (sbinfo | grep _host)

Duh! I must have exited for only one of my shells. I must have been
in an old shell. It's fixed now. Thanks.
