Farrell, my recommendation is to do a new srequest in your own name using
his form (see srequest odeman page and -form switch; you can use srls which
also has a man page to show the srequest, or look in ptos/logs/srequest).
Afterwards a pt project leader can "undo" or "close" Duerksen's.

Hi folks,
On Friday, 10/27, one of our contractors tried to submit /etc/ppp/options
to ptos but was unable for whatever reason. Friday was this person's last
day and his srequest is still pending. I'll need your help completing the
submit since Steve didn't tell us his Kerberos password, so we can't
complete the submit "as him."
The srequest is ptos-3494-duerksen, and the revisions of the files are as
follows:
o List of files to be submitted (full pathnames from the src directory
in the ODE tree, ODE revision number, and ODE set name, i.e. sue_ag),
use bstat -all for the list of files and the revs:
[ ./etc/ppp/options ]
version 1.1.3.2 selected
o Code Diffs: include pointer to file, use the command,
bdiff -r$NEW -all >& bdiff.log
[ ./etc/ppp/options ]
===================================================================
RCS file: ./etc/ppp/options,v

What I thought we might do is that I would check the files out of his private
branch and submit them myself. I expect that I'll need help in getting the
loose ends tied off, such as outdating his branch, etc.
Thanks,
