I've (toast) been getting a lot of inquiries re: the
network problems today so
here is the scoop...
The DECnet problem was caused by a "runaway" DEMSA
(decnet router) in WRL. The
DEMSA problem may have been cause by line interuptions
on the partial T1 link
between ZSO and WRL.
The TCP/IP routing problems were caused by some routing
changes that were made
in WRL that were not broadcast to ZSO.
The DECnet, TCP/IP, SMTP, and mail11 problems should all
be resolved now.
