Subj: Two (2) header/RCS sections in the same file?

I just noticed that we have two complete sets of comment headers and #pragma
RCS directives in one of our files. Check out:

	ptos/src/usr/bin/llogin/llogin.c.

I can't figure out when this happened or if it will cause problems. Can
anyone advise?

Thanks,

Scott

The ode history in there twice won't hurt anything - it's just ugly.

I don't think the two #pragma directives matter, but a development
environment person should be asked to make sure (I cc'd Sue Y on this).

I'd suggest cleaning this up at some future submit.
