I'm trying to finish up the tutorial for DECode II.  Unfortunately I am 
running into a problem with .BCSlock files.  I first get a warning when 
issuing the initial make sandbox request, then I see it again when I attempt
to do a bcreate.  The problem is that my file DOESN'T get created, so the 
warnings obviously are trying to tell me something.  Did I trash something
I shouldn't have somewhere along the line?

Here's a cut from what I've been doing:
