I believe that bdiff is going to pull out the lastest version of the file
from the SUBMIT tree [even if you are backed by nightly] for the diffs against
the file you are submitting. If you were to manually diff the file in
v30bsupportos with the file you are submitting, I would expect to see the
same diffs.

Sorry, nope. When I do a "regular" bdiff, it does *not* report the same
diffs. Only those *I* made, and would expect to be reported. It's only
within the srequest program that it seems to pick up the wrong diffs.

Is this still an issue?
bdiff with no args diffs your current work with what you started with.
bdiff -r$NEW which is what srequest uses diffs your work with what's in
the submit tree.
