   Folks,
   
     My name is I.B. Sokari, and I am the Project Leader of
     DEC VET. DEC VET is installation verification procedure (IVP)
     and system exerciser. We use ODE for our code management. We
     have a server called node VETODE and a client node called VETOSF.
     All our sources reside on VETODE where they are managed via ODE.

     Problem statement:

      We were using OSF X4.0-05 until a week ago when we upgraded VETOSF 
      to baselevel 6. We took the default parameters during the installation
      of BL6. The problem we have been having is this:

       --- we cannot create sandboxes on VETOSF so as build and test DEC VET
           with BL6. 

      The ODE knowledge base here is minimal. We are hoping that if
      we can get successfully create sandboxes, we would be able to do
      mklinks. Would it be possible for anyone out there to help us? 
      If it would help, we could set up an account for 
      someone to log on and see if the system parameters are set right.
      Some help would be greatly appreciated. My dtn is 223-9488.
