Sure, public branch labels are all CAPS. When you looked up the rev number you
also should have seen the branch labels and the numbers associated with them.
try bmerge -rPTOS ppp_if.c

Steve,
try bmerge -r$NEW filename.
This will pull the latest version of the file into your sandbox.
bmerge -rPTOS filename will also work [note that it is in capital letters]
assuming that the file has been submitted to platinum.
