Bob, please back to v30supportos.nightly, not v30supportos, for doing
builds.  The submit tree does not have all the needed exports in place,
and this tree has dependencies on other trees which you may not have
had mounted (though odemount v30supportos should mount all three
required trees).

Backing to nightly should resolve your build problem.

I have been unable to build in a sandbox backed by v30supportos.
After consulting with Sean Davidson, he concluded that the rc files
for v30supportos are not set up correctly.  The initial symptom was
make rejecting the "-c" option.  The cause seems to be the absence
of any references to the backing tree in all of the environment
variables, including PATH which meant that the wrong make was being
picked up.  Please let me know if this is indeed a problem in the
pool or if I have done something wrong.  Thanks.

After looking into a problem I was having, Sean Davidson
concluded that the rc files for v30supportos are not setting
the environment variables correctly in workon.  Please let me
