Jing, it appears you're using the ode2.0 workon rather than the ode3.0
workon, so you're in an un-authenticated workon session.

Make sure PATH outside workon does not explicitly have ode2.0 or 2.1 in 
the path; it should be  /usr/sde/tools/...  or /usr/sde/ode3.0/tools/...

Also, inside the workon the same is true.

Exit the workon you're in.  Confirm your path and fix if needed, make
sure you have a valid ticket, then do a new workon and try it again.
