In case you're "on the fence" about this meeting, note that it will
be an opportunity/forum for Q&A and discussion with the ODE development
group, which need not be limited to issues regarding new features.

At this point, all of the Digital UNIX pools have upgraded to ODE V3.0
for all streams/pools: base os, x, x11, cde, dx, books, refpages, qaqc.

Tomorrow, Thursday 8/17, we will be holding a DECode-II V3.0 Updates
training session, in the Hertz CR, ZK3-3, 2-4pm.  This training will
be conducted by Tina Anderson, DECode-II Project Leader, DECwest (ZSO).

Note that this is not required; all the information is available online.
Also note only changes in ODE V3.0 will be discussed.

Please RSVP (only to me) if possible if you are planning to attend so I 
have an idea how many copies of slides to make.

One thing of note to point out is the new visual feature to bmerge; please
read the "-visual" section of "odeman bmerge".

This training will be based on slides in:

	/usr/sde/ode3.0/doc/docps/30training.ps
and	/usr/sde/ode3.0/doc/docps/30training_vmerge_slide.ps
