Ken, this could be a problem I've seen which can stem from having
more than one set or sandbox with the same name; once the file's
bco'd in one set, the 2nd one of the same name won't create the
required src/.BCSconfig entry which tracks file history. Check
the files .BCSset-* and .BCSconfig in your sandbox to confirm that
all files in your submit are listed; if they are not, some very
careful reconstructive surgery needs to be done - though you could
cut & paste from the 1st sandbox's .BCSconfig file - if you do this,
be sure to preserve the file format exactly:
./path/name,v<tab>version#
all sorted, no blank lines.
Note that the ptx11.nightly being a little out of date would have no
effect on your submit; anyway, the problem was fixed today (a BIND problem),
so perhaps the best plan is to do the submit from unx and wipe out
the wasted environment.
