My workstation is running Platinum preBL6. Example: % odemount ptos Bad MNT RPC: cia:/share/cia/build/ptos.dsk6: RPC: Authentication error; why = Client credential too weak If I do the following as root, it works: # mount cia:/share/cia/build/ptos.dsk6 /share/cia/build/ptos.dsk6 What am I doing wrong ?? I believe I have not changed anything in my workstation setup in the last week or so. Thanks Vasu

Odemount simply makes the call to mount, and you have to be root to do that. ______________________________________________________________________ John Flanagan enet: [email protected] MS: ZKO3-3/W20 decnet: flume::johnf USG Release Engineering (603) 881-1719 110 Spitbrook Road (DTN) 381-1719 Nashua, NH ______________________________________________________________________ |
