Bruce, you should be all set.  The hold file (sadmin -all) had the attached
entry in it, left over from a submit from Mark Longo, which completed
(the submit log and sources show the submit went in), but somehow the 
cleanup didn't happen.

I've done the "sadmin -rm" to remove this "pending submit", and so you
can now bsubmit.

p.s. Mark, do you recall when you did your submit anything "glitching" ?
This wasn't a case of actually having a branch, you just had an entry in
the submit hold list which claimed you were in the middle of a submit.
