Mike, this may provide what you're looking for. There's an environment
variable known in the build environment called SOURCEDIR, which is a path of
src directories in which make will look for sources. The first component of
this will be the direct backingtree. For all of the <pool>.<suffix> trees,
the value of SOURCEDIR should be a single directory, the backingtree's src
tree.

appropriate than odehelp (= odeadmin).
