I looked on OSFRIS and it didn't seem to have it available to ris.

You can ris install V2.0 with advfs from host OSFRIS.

I don't believe that advfs was in the base product in V2.0. It was on the
CPCD. You'd probably have to look in the Archives to find that, Unless someone
has one kicking around. You could check with Caroline (zap) but I'm not sure
she did CPCD way back then.
