Subj: Some Shared Sandbox Questions

1. Do the comments found in the headers which are created
during submits to the shared sandbox propagate to the
submit pool when the file is submitted from the shared
   sandbox?

2. Do you recommend "cleaning up" the shared sandbox ( delete
sources, SNAPSHOT file, etc) after submitting to the submit
pool or just create a new shared sandbox and have users retarget
   to it?

Thanks,

Rich

Subj: Re: Some Shared Sandbox Questions

If a merge takes place, the history comments from the
shared sandbox and submit tree are sorted and popped back
into the history.are extracted
and uniq'e and resorted. So if going from a shared sandbox
to a submit tree a bmerge is done, the history would include
the shared sandbox.

We recommend creating a new shared sandbox with a NEW label,
and having users retarget to that.
