Hi,
I have resolved the problem that I was facing while doing bsubmit.
I was not SUP'ing ptliteos.bl4 (against which ptos is backed) as we have
no deliverables for ptlite.
So, now I just sup the bare minimum collection (using refuse) of
ptliteos.bl4.
