Nitin,

From your errors it appears that you don't have the submit tree (ptos)
mounted.  Please ensure that ptos is mounted in addition to whatever
you're backed by (ptos.nightly, ptos.bl#, etc).  

What did you mean by "Please revert ASAP" ?

Are you in a workon?  Can you do "sbinfo" to see the rc_files' environment?
Can you do "sadmin -all" to see what's in the submit "hold" ?  

If you still get errors, rerun with bsubmit -verbose -debug.

I ran into this problem when trying to bsubmit:

%  bsubmit rpc.rquotad.c -auto -auto_out -defect ptos-2229-aju
