Subj: ci error: no lock set ..
One of our uses is having a problem checking in a file. I am told that
our previous ode administrator knew how to fix these problems. This implies
that this type of thing regularly happens.
The only way that I was ever able to get around it was to bcs -o -u file
and then start over. Unfortunately that did not work.
What should I do to correct this problem?
thanks
Martin
