I had bco file;bci -m"message" file and some time later tried to bsubmit.
with the following results.  Note that I did check and sandbox/src contained
a .BCSlock, .BCSlog-setname and .BCSset-setname!


I do not know how to proceed.

SINCE THINGS WERE NOT WORKING, I exit'ed the project and entered it again.
SO I ACTUALLY MODIFIED THE FILE AND SAVED IT
