I think I hosed my sandbox control environment.

I rudely killed a previous bci -all when it apparantly got stuck
(it prompted me for the choice to edit a file with a copyright header
that made the bci command unhappy -- I hit <return> to edit, but things
appeared to get stuck, so I terminated my TELNET CONNECT link to my OSF
    machine).

I then relogged in, changed the offending file-copyright, and
entered the bci -all command again. Now I get the following message:

[ Waiting for sandbox lock via flock() ]

What do I need to do to fix this?

Additionally, the previous bci -all appears to have checked in the
first two files that were in my .BSCset-* file, but the files still
appear to be in the .BSCset-* file. Can I just delete the first two
    files from my .BSCset-* file?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Whatever you do, don't delete anything from .BCSset-* files, or you'll
cause ode to lose track of files which still have your private branches.

The flock is on the file in your sandbox src/.BCSlock -- just remove
this file and you should be all set.
